Clean it
the Proflo
way.
Level 4 DPF and DOC cleaning and remanufacturing — not a parts swap. We clean it, certify it, and get your fleet back on the road by next day.
Our fleet — Greensboro, NC
Same substrate. Fully restored flow.
Drag to see what a Level 4 clean actually clears out of the channels — this is the same filter on both sides, not a swap.

Our focus is cleaning — not parts replacement.
Unlike most reman programs, we don't sell you a new filter. We clean the one you have, certify it, and hand it back — using a Level 4 process that combines blast, thermal, and liquid cleaning technologies.
Liquid wash
A controlled liquid cleaning pass breaks down oil ash and soot buildup deep in the substrate before thermal treatment.
Thermal bake
Precision-controlled heat burns off remaining residue without stressing the ceramic substrate or degrading the filter.
Blast & air
A final blast and air cycle clears the channels completely, restoring flow to OEQ specification before it ships back.
Inside the shop — Greensboro, NC
Most reman programs
- Swap your filter for a stranger's rebuilt unit
- No record of what condition it was actually in
- You wait on their exchange inventory
- Pay for a "new" part you didn't need
- Costs add up from repeat replacements over time
The Proflo way
- Clean and return the exact filter you sent
- 12-point inspection, data logged and kept on file
- Next-day turnaround, no exchange queue
- Pay for a clean, not a replacement
- Reduced maintenance costs over the life of your fleet
Every filter that leaves the shop is inspected, logged, and certified — not just wiped down and shipped.
Best in class, single source — one shop handling cleaning, inspection, and logistics for your whole fleet.
- A 12-point inspection on every filter, with the data kept on file so we can track how your equipment is trending over time.
- DPF and DOC, heavy duty down to automotive — if it filters exhaust, we've probably cleaned one like it.
- Clamp and gasket kits on hand for most exhaust applications, so a cleaning doesn't turn into a second trip.
- A new DPF supplied on the rare unit that genuinely can't be saved.

Whether it's one truck or a full fleet, our job is to help you understand your total emission costs and make the right call for your equipment — fewer surprise repairs, less downtime, and a filter you can trust.
What fleets usually ask before switching.
Most reman programs swap your filter for a stranger's rebuilt unit. We clean and return the exact filter you sent — same part, no exchange queue, and no unknown history on what comes back to you.
Most units turn around next-day. We build logistics around your fleet's schedule so trucks aren't sitting idle waiting on an exchange part to ship in.
It's rare, but on the small number of units that genuinely can't be restored, we supply a new DPF so your truck isn't stuck waiting on a decision.
No — we clean DPF and DOC filters across heavy duty, light duty, and automotive applications. If it filters exhaust, we've probably cleaned one like it.
No — we handle single units and full fleet contracts under one account, with the same 12-point inspection and certification either way.
Yes — single-source logistics built around your operation, so you're not coordinating between a cleaning shop and a separate freight company.
